It was mentioned that there is no box for us at the Diocesan office; however they will take our mail.

Laurie reported that all newsletters would be via e-mail.  Laurie mentioned she will have a table at Father Capuci retreat for newsletter sign-up.  Laurie also mentioned there will be links to minutes from previous DSC meetings on the website.

Mike gave his report on the upcoming Father Capuci retreat.  He will pick Father Capuci up at the airport.  He mentioned Father Capuci will not bring prayer teams, but we will form our own prayer teams. Mike also asked for a second collection after the second mass.  Deacon Werner Rose will read the gospel.  Father Capuci will bring the following books: Miracle Hour, Dorothea Degrandis Forgiveness Prayer, Spiritual Warfare and Father's book on Praise.  Mike mentioned Father is willing to bless any water or salt we bring.

In addition, Suzanne mentioned there is a $70 fee to set up the conference room, but use of the church is a donation.  Suzanne ordered 20 copies of "What's the Nature of the Charismatic Renewal." Velera will put stickers with Werner's contact information on flyers to be distributed at retreat.  Linda and Gwen will have ribbons for prayer group leaders and nametags for prayer team leaders.

Helen discussed the possibility of getting Dorothea DeGrandis to Memphis.  Dorothea will need a priest and Father Ernie is a possibility.  There are four dates in mind for her visit: April 2, 16 and May 14, 21.  Dorothea will not charge a fee, but will ask for a free will donation.  The possible music ministry is Cindy Hammond from Louisiana.  Linda motions to bring Dorothea to Memphis.  Mike Yarborough seconded motion.
